Per ANC 2F / CDC release;
"The CDC voted (8-1) to recommend that the full ANC support the concept
and massing for the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) review of
the Marriott hotel and residential project at 9th & L Streets, NW. The project will return to the CDC in the future for final [design and BZA related] approval."
