City Market at O to Celebrate Grand Opening of Hodge on 7th

City Market at O and the City will celebrate the official opening of The Hodge on 7th this coming Tuesday, (May 13). At 10:00 AM the ribbon will be cut and the inter-generational, modern apartment building, developed by Roadside Development in partnership with Dante Partners will be officially part of the growing number of the City's affordable housing units.

"The Affordable Housing units are part of City Market at O’s $300 million, one million-square foot urban infill project located next to the D.C. Convention Center. The development’s mix of retail and residential, and its close distance to METRO, has been a catalyst for the burgeoning Shaw neighborhood in the Northwest quadrant of the nation’s capital."
"This is a rare opportunity for the active adult community (people 55+) to enjoy inter-generational, modern apartment living in a desirable area of the city at an affordable cost. The new home features deluxe amenities and services, with easy access to retail, transportation, jobs, and entertainment."

The Hodge on 7th is located at the Southwest corner of 7th and P Streets, NW (opposite The Kennedy Recreational Center)
