This April,
Met Bethesda, known for its American fare
cooked over an open wood-fired grill,will celebrate Passover with three
festive specials. Exclusively offered during dinner service,
restaurant-goers can enjoy the
Kicked-Up Matzo Ball Soup with avocado and chilies ($10), and the
Glazed Corned Beef Brisket with heirloom carrots & potatoes, mustard maple glaze and a matzo meal popover ($19),
each accompanied by a complimentary basket of matzo bread. To complete
the meal on a sweet note, one will want to indulge in the
Untraditional Kugel, chocolate noodle pudding with warm whiskey sauce ($8). The
