WEST END: Park Hyatt Washington Taps Kasia K. Bronisz As The New Director of Sales & Marketing

Park Hyatt Washington General Manager Andrew Davidson is pleased to announce the appointment of Kasia Bronisz as director of sales & marketing for the luxury 216-room hotel located at 1201 24th St NW, Washington, DC. Bronisz returns to Park Hyatt Washington after eight years of expanding her career in other regions of the country. She brings over 18 years of hospitality experience in strategic planning, brand marketing, and creative management.

Bronisz rejoins Park Hyatt Washington from Carmel by the Sea, CA, where she served as director of sales and marketing at Carmel Valley Ranch since May 2014.  Her hospitality career began in 1998, at the Sheraton Inn in Canton, OH, followed by an opportunity at the Glenmoor Country Club where she was appointed director of sales and marketing.

In 2006, Bronisz joined the pre-opening team at Park Hyatt Washington as associate director of sales where she was involved in creating policies and procedures for the sales and marketing team.  Additionally, she was responsible for diplomatic and entertainment market, managed local and national account negotiations. Following Park Hyatt Washington, Bronisz held positions as area director of sales and marketing at Kimpton Hotels in Washington, DC; director of sales and marketing at the Mandarin Oriental in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as director of sales and marketing at the newly opened Mandarin Oriental in Atlanta, GA.  During her tenure at the Mandarin Oriental in Atlanta, the hotel was featured in Travel & Leisure in as one of the best hotels in the world, along with being named in US News & World Report in as number five out of the top 10 hotels in Georgia in 2013 and 2014. It was also awarded the Best Hotel in Atlanta in the Robb Report in May 2013.

Pleased to return to the Park Hyatt Washington, Bronisz will engage her extensive industry insight and cross-cultural experiences to assist the award-winning Park Hyatt Washington with intensifying marketing efforts and community partnerships, while overseeing the sales and marketing team.
