WEST END: Phase II Sales Commence for Westlight Condominium

EastBanc, Inc. is making it easier to purchase a home at its luxury Westlight property. The real estate developer announced today that the second phase of sales for Westlight condominium units has commenced. The radiant West End residential property located at 1111 24th Street, NW is releasing ten additional units ranging from one-bedroom + den to three-bedroom + den with prices listed at $1.3 million to $4.5 million. During Phase I sales, this exquisite residential property experienced high demand with a line of nearly 50 people waiting around the block to book one of the 20 available appointments. With only 10 residences offered in Phase II, these limited-quantity, VIP appointments will be available on a first come, first served basis by phone or email.
“We were thrilled with the interest in the Westlight during the initial limited Phase I release, but we didn’t mean for potential buyers or their brokers to wait outside in the cold,” says Mei Mei Venners, director of sales. “We’re hoping this new process will make the home-buying experience more relaxed and enjoyable for all interested clients.”
Westlight is bringing luxurious city living to DC’s West End offering crème-de-la-crème features and amenities. The radiant residential condominium building is part of a mixed-use, ten-story, 328,000-square-foot LEED-certified building located just steps from downtown, Georgetown, The Kennedy Center and the White House.
The luxury building includes a 25-meter heated rooftop pool, expansive sundeck and grill terrace, fitness center, private clubroom and underground garage parking.
Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos of Mexico City, whose recent works include the New York Public Library, Miami Design District and Rutgers Business School, the Westlight showcases an architecturally unique and dynamic aesthetic that incorporates exemplary urban design, architecture and landscape elements. The exterior exhibits a distinctive cantilevered glass building façade bathed in natural sunlight with vibrant cityscapes framed through floor-to-ceiling windows. Residents and guests enter into a dramatic lobby that features a 50-foot living green wall and an exquisite lighting sculpture by award-wining artist Ingo Maurer whose current works are featured at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
