DUPONT: The Riggsby Debuts Clam Bake Sundays - Starts Memorial Day

The Riggsby will debut a new Sunday Supper for the summer, featuring a New England style clam bake prepared by Chef Jay Caputo. Starting on Memorial Day, the special will include half of a Maine lobster, with steamed Little Neck clams, PEI mussels, sausage and fingerling potatoes served with corn on the cob, seasonal vegetables, parsley, chives and grilled lemon for $39. 
Cocktails at The Kimpton Carlyle Hotel
The Riggsby Mai Tai cocktail, made with housemade orgeat syrup will be available for $8 with the Clam Bake (normally $13). 

After Memorial Day, the Clam Bake will be available on Sunday evenings throughout the summer, while supplies last.
