1211 10th Street NW - Looks like demolition starting

Looks like demolition/renovation is starting at 1211 10th Street NW. I am not sure of the extent of the demolition, for now it seems to be interior work that has begun...I'll keep an eye on this, and update as things progress.

For residents of 10th Street NW and Blagden Alley this has been the street view for months

Dust rising, as work on the interior (rear) is ongoing

All of the upper floor windows are open, and from the street it looks like they vacant and ready for work?
