Update on 'The Colonel' on 9th & N Street's NW

I have covered this since the work started, and thought now would be a good time to update the progress.
The construction is now multi-story, and the estimated Fall 2014 looks probable...here are the renderings again, and some new photographs to compare;

Things are really moving on 9th Street. New addition right (used to be alley)

Fight Club exterior looks the same but inside is gutted.....

I think that when you look at the renderings and the streetscape's you really start to get the feel for the future of 9th and N Street NW.
