Ferragamo Opens at City Center DC
It was only in August that Badwolfdc reported the that Salvatore Ferragamo would be open this Fall - well they did it! First impressions are a mighty WOW! The store is spacious and, as you would expect, well appointed and includes many video screens showing products and fashion shows.
The windows have vertical wood, products, pictures, all good for window shopping. Its fully stocked and ready for the holiday's. The folks there are super friendly, and they tell me they are open 7 days a week.
The opening has totally changed the look of 10th and H Street's NW as the stores open, the windows fill and foot traffic increases. Kudos to CityCenterDC for maintaining a good streetscape, and removing any thought of a mall type area. Carolina Herrera is announced for the opposite corner, with a planned opening this year, from Salvatore Ferragamo and along with Hugo Boss, Zadig et Voltaire, Kate Spade, TUMI and Allen Edmonds the H Street NW end of 10th Street is filling up and now offering DC Residents a high end shopping option this holiday season.
