This Thanksgiving, Melrose Georgetown Hotel, the glamorously chic, art-deco inspired hotel in the heart of Georgetown, is inviting families to create a new tradition with a Thanksgiving Day Brunch, featuring a seasonally eclectic menu with ingredients that reflect fresh garden aspects, presented in the hotel’s signature farm-to-fork restaurant, Jardenea.

You can expect seasonally-driven and contemporary Thanksgiving chef-inspired creations, including;
Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Foraged Mushrooms, 
Toasted Walnuts and Braised Kale, 
Citrus Brined Pork Tenderloin with Granny Smith Apple Braised Red Cabbage, 
House Made Apple Butter and Grilled Pineapple Relish, and 
Gorgonzola Soufflé with Cranberry Coulis and Parmesan Crisp. 

Fresh fall salads, soups, seafood and a number of hot entrees will also take center stage at this festive holiday feast.
