At CityCenterDC, Mango Tree is Open, and Fig & Olive is On It's Way
Don't get confused people, whether you are a Fashionista or a Foodie, CityCenterDC is/will be the place for you to visit.
Mango Tree has officially opened its doors and I'm guessing you won't get a seat for a little while. Mango Tree is located opposite DBGB on H Street NW,
which is quickly becoming the 'hot' place to go and eat. If you walk into the Plaza from H Street NW, on your right you will see that the signs are up, and Fig & Olive is projecting a Spring 2015 opening at 934 Palmer Alley in CityCenterDC. (so with Centrolina, there will be at least 2 new Restaurants at CityCenterDC this Spring)
Back in November we wrote about the announcement by Chef Pascal Lorange that the French Restaurant, Fig & Olive was coming to CityCenterDC - well they are here. Fig & Olive will occupy 2 floors in the CityCenterDC Plaza.
According to the ABRA permit;
And this is confusing.....Seating for 27??(has to be an error) 54 Sidewalk Cafe, and 54 Summer Garden with a total occupancy of 528 - I will check out the seating and update this posting when I have confirmation of the numbers.
Hours will be;
7am till 2am Sunday through Thursday and 7am till 3am Friday and Saturday
(Alcohol service starts at 8am)
The hours are the same for the Sidewalk Cafe and Summer Garden
Welcome Mango Tree, and we look forward to seeing you soon Chef Lorange at the new Fig & Olive.
