As Badwolfdc reported back in October, the condo project - 80 units + retail received the go-ahead. The work has now started.
Some minor work has started, with an expected 18 month building schedule. The project will greatly change the corner of 11th and M Street NW, although the decision to leave the corner building - a laundry - will provide a familiarity to those who live or know the area.
Badwolfdc will follow the construction process, and report here with updates
