Alba Osteria are planning to debut a Thursday night "Chef Bar" tasting menu. Guests can anticipate an ever-changing six-course tasting menu inspired by rustic Italian cuisine and Italian street food, served with cocktail, wine and beer pairings. This new menu experience is the work of Chef de Cuisine Amy Brandwein and also provides the cocktails to marry with her menu. The Chef Bar menu will be available to ten guests at the elevated chef’s bar table overlooking Alba Osteria’s kitchen. Chef Bar will debut Thursday March 13 and is priced at $80 per person, and will be available every Thursday evening at 7 PM.
