Notice from DDOT - Important if you commute across the T.Roosevelt Bridge/I-66
DC Department of Transportation Plans Moving Lane
March 11, 2014 thru March 21, 2014
On March 11th, thru March 21st, 2014 DC Department of Transportation (DDOT) will clean bridge drains and scuppers over the Roosevelt Bridge, weather permitting. This work is being done to preserve the bridge and make the roadway safe for the traveling public. The repair work will progress daily from scupper to scupper across the bridge. The repairs will require the closing of one outbound or one inbound travel lane as work progresses. All lanes will be open except at the scuppers. The traveling public can expect some disruption of traffic flow from during the day work, 9:30am to 3:00pm. DDOT Encourages All Motorists to Stay Alert As They Travel Through The Work Zone.
