| Now open Centrolina in Palmer Alley at CityCenterDC |
I am a little late on this, Chef Amy Brandwein has opened her
much anticipated restaurant Centrolina in Palmer Alley at CityCenterDC, and more....she has also opened a marketplace (Mercato) for the products she cooks with.
Judging by the foot-traffic in and out of the Mercato, things are going to be busy in the alley for Amy.

This is Chef Amy Brandwein’s first solo restaurant, and will be open daily for lunch and dinner. The kitchen will serve a 52-seat dining room, 12-seat bar and 32-seat patio. The market will offer a selection of imported Italian specialty items along with meat, fish and produce from local farms, a selection of house-made items and a barista serviced coffee program.
