SHAW: Beer Dinner at Drift on 7th - Teams with Md's Jailbreak - July 19th

On Tuesday, July 19 Chef Ferhat Yalçin will create a menu to pair with the unique, summer beers from the Maryland brewery, Jailbreak. Fans of Chef Yalçin’s Sunday tasting series, FishNook, will attest to the fun and creativity diners can expect from this 4-course dinner. Beer fans can look forward to some genuinely unique, fresh and funky beers from Jailbreak.

The Menu:

First Course: Rockfish Crudo

Poor Righteaous IPA

Second Course: Summer Gazpacho

Blimey Key Lime Pale Ale

Third Course: Fish `n Chips

The Infinite Amber Ale

Fourth Course: Passion Fruit-Banana Mousse

Feed the Monkey Orange Hefeweizen

Drift on 7^th is an island inspired eatery where guests can enjoy a vacation from the day. Chef Ferhat Yalçın offers a variety of dishes using the freshest local and sustainable raised fish and produce. The full service bar boasts tiki inspired cocktails, wines on tap and craft brews. Open daily at 11:30am, Drift serves lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The restaurant offers two happy hours with drink and food specials, an early seating at the bar from 5 to 7pm and a later option beginning at 10pm.
