Quick Shots # 22: Remember that "Small" Condo being built on 8th Street NW

Back in June I wrote a short piece about a small plot of land that was being transformed into a 4 Unit Condo  at 1306 8th Street NW. I followed the progress for a while (the last update was in mid-August.). Passing by today, there has been considerable progress (see below) and even the exterior is getting its red-brick facing. So here are some pics of the progress;

4 story's - 5 if you count the basement

I haven't measured, but I guess the property is no more than 20 feet wide (probably less)

The red-brick facing is going up on the N Street facing side

I'll visit in another month and see how the construction is going, and see if I can get some interior pics.....
