MVT: District short lists 5th & I Street NW developers

According to Washington Business Journal, "The District has created a short list of teams that will compete to redevelop a 26,000-square-foot parcel at 901 Fifth St. NW in Mount Vernon Triangle."
The four teams,

• Akridge, Jefferson Apartment Group, Jarvis Co. and Escoff and Associates
• JBG Cos., Moddie Turay Co., Morris Adjmi Architects and Eric Colbert and Associates
• Trammell Crow, CSG Urban Partners and Leo A. Daly
• Peebles Corp., Walker Group and WDG Architects

DMPED expects to seek best and final proposals shortly, followed by a decision in early 2014.
