The Jefferson Apartments at Marketplace, a mixed use development on 7th Street NW, is about to start a tenant layout for
Unleashed by PETCO. The pet friendly building is now adding a pet friendly store.

The Jefferson, Marketplace is also the new home for the popular Beau Thai restaurant, and when completed the campus will provide quite a few new business's to visit..Its important to note that apartments are renting right now (
follow the link above)....

The work continues, but the campus is very close to completion, and that walk down 7th Street NW is getting that much more pleasurable.
Note: Unleashed by Petco are also adding a new location at The Yards in SE DC
