The Gang of Three is nearing completion, and Douglas Development is wasting no time in starting its next project, at 920 N Street NW (Rear) in the vacant lot next to Rogue24. According to Blagden Alley Naylor Court Association (BANCA) construction of a 2-story building is due to start on or near the 15th June 2015. (Preliminary construction schedule is 8 months).

Douglas Development has received their DCRA Foundation-To-Grade Permit which allows them to excavate for, and install the foundation. The Building Permit is pending. Douglas Development already have a DDOT Occupancy Public Space Permit which allows them to
install construction fencing around the perimeter of the project - this
will be installed once they start construction.
As Badwolfdc has previously written, the new construction could be for a new restaurant..go
