Hierarchy Announce Solo Exhibition by Artist Michael Owen

Hierarchy announced today that they will be hosting a solo exhibition of work by artist Michael Owen.
The exhibit is named Adult Love and will be at Hierarchy from February 13th through March 8th

"Michael Owen is a contemporary painter whose work is found across galleries as well as the streets of the United States. Michael's portfolio spans over 100 murals, from abstract to narrative, from small interior residential pieces to corporate and city commissions, to one of the world’s longest murals at a 1/4 mile stretch of road. Best known for the Baltimore Love Project, a 20 piece project throughout Baltimore City, Michael is now taking the message of the Love Project to other cities, working with other organizations with similar missions to connect people with the message of love. Currently residing in East Baltimore, Michael is in the process of building a residency program for international artists to come into Baltimore and work with the local community.
Michael has created work for Converse, Faberge, Hilton, Seagram's, and Ford among others, but his favorite jobs are the ones that bring him to the streets, where conversations with the everyman passing by revolve around beauty, change and the 101’s of creating art."
You can sign up for the opening reception (Friday February 13th) here

Hierarchy is located in Adams Morgan at 1847 Columbia Road, NW  (Downstairs)
