"PAUL is thrilled to launch its “un éclair de dessert” campaign that introduces you to France’s favorite dessert for 5 weeks from February 25th – March 31st. The French delight in the Éclair - which is an oblong pastry made with choux dough filled with a cream and typically topped with icing. The dough, which is the same as that used for profiteroles, is typically piped into an oblong shape with a pastry bag and baked until it is crisp and hollow inside, to hold the cream filling. Throughout the campaign, we will always be baking 3 Traditional Éclairs: Chocolate, Vanilla, and Coffee Five different Special Éclairs will rotate out each week: Paris Brest, Pecan, Coconut, Raspberry Pistachio, and Strawberry Pistachio."Our Traditional Éclairs – Available from Feb 25- March 31
