"Geography doesn’t have to keep you in the same place anymore,” says Redeye Menus co-founder Chantal Tseng. “With the launch of Redeye menus, Carlie, Holly, and I are excited to share a wide variety of experiences – dinners and other interactive events - pairing Asian cuisine with fortified wine from Jerez. We’re essentially asking people to drop all pre-conceived notions and try it, and we’re excited to be working on this creative collaborative dinner blending a beautiful selection of Sherry wines with a creative Chinese-inspired tasting menu thanks to Chef Tim Ma and Water & Wall.”For additional information on Redeye Menus ‘Spanish Steps in the Wall’ dinner, please visit/purchase tickets at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2221394.
