PENN QTR: Christmas and New Year's Eve at the Source by Wolfgang Puck

Chef Scott Drewno from the Source by Wolfgang Puck will offer special dinners on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The menus feature festive and seasonal spins from the Asian fine dining restaurant’s popular menu, including a duck-centric dinner on Christmas Eve and the option for a five- or seven-course dinner on New Year’s Eve. Christmas Eve’s Roast Duck Dinner features Drewno’s famed whole roast duck with all the fixings. Additional courses include duck bone broth and duck dumplings with sides of duck fat fried rice and wok-fired beets. The night ends with the restaurant’s signature 15-layer carrot cake.

On New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy a multi-course menu with indulgent starters such as Toro Sashimi with Yuzu Kosho and Caviar and a Dim Sum Trio served with Uni, Caviar and King Crab. Entrée options include the restaurant’s popular Hot and Numbing Quail and a Wagyu Beef Duo dish with a grilled NY strip and braised short rib. Here are the menu's for both dates;
