Each libation is made from a variety of fresh seasonal ingredients. Pricing ranges from $9 to $13 for the new cocktails, and Legal Sea Foods renowned Raising the Bar program showcases the innovative take on the cocktail creation effort. Newcomers include the Winter Gin & Tonic with LSF-curated St. George gin, spice box syrup, orange juice, lime, tonic, and clove; Endless Summer with Malibu rum, Gosling’s Black seal rum, pineapple, and lime; Cranberry Lemon Drop with Citrus vodka, botanicals, cranberry syrup, and lemon; Braveheart with Great King Street Artist’s blend scotch whisky, Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey, falernum, lemon, and star anise, and the O.F.T.D. Daiquiri with Plantation Original Dark and O.F.T.D. Overproof rums, Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac, falernum, and lime.
