U STREET: Lupo Verde To Offer Christmas Gift Baskets Filled with House-Made Italian Delights for The Holiday Season

This December, Lupo Verde, located at 1401 T Street, NW, 20009, will offer guests the opportunity to purchase Christmas baskets filled with delicious house-made Italian goods created by Executive Chef Matteo Venini. They are the perfect gift for gourmands. These holiday baskets are available beginning December 1st through New Year’s Eve, December 31st and guests can choose a pre-packed basket, or customize their own basket. Each pre-packaged basket will include homemade marmalade; black truffles; artisanal pasta; homemade ragù; a bottle of Amarone della Valpolicella; Italian olive oil; Don Ciccio & Figli products, as well as cured meats and cheeses from Lupo Verde’s cheese shop. Baskets can be purchased in the restaurant, and are priced from $60-$200. Photos are currently available of the basket.

Holiday gift baskets can be purchased from Friday, December 1st through Sunday, December 31st by calling the restaurant at (202) 827-4752, or at the restaurant during brunch or dinner service. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and dinner is served nightly from 5 PM to 11 PM.
