Ristorante Tosca: Treat your Mother to a Special 4-Course Dinner for “Festa della Mamma”

Although typically closed on Sundays… for the first time since it opened, Ristorante Tosca will welcome dinner guests on Sunday, May 10th. The “Festa della Mamma”, like most feast-days in Italy, can be traced back to ancient Roman culture when a whole weekend of celebrations were held in May to celebrate the goddess Juno.
Chef Matteo Venini has created a special 4-course Menu to celebrate all mothers on Mother’s Day. The 4-course meal (Salad/Appetizer, Pasta, Main, and Dessert) is $75 per person. (No a la carte or pre-theater menu will be offered.)

Treat your Mother as Queen for the Day and encourage her to order a decadent Appetizer that is even shaped like a crown:
FEGATO
foie gras mousse, pan brioche, green apple, green apple sorbet, marcona almond, madeira reduction

Other delicious menu items sure to please your Mamma include:
RISOTTO
maine lobster, basil, black garlic
VITELLO
veal tenderloin, green asparagus, morel mushrooms, yellow beets, black truffle sauce
SEMIFREDDO
chocolate malt semifreddo with meringues and chocolate streusel
