In the bustling Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood,
L'Hommage Bistro Francais, located K Street, will be offering its guests a four-course tasting menu from
5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
this Valentine’s Day. Priced at $75 per person (not including tax and
gratuity,) couples can feast on classic French dishes prepared by
Executive Chef Josh Laban Perkins that incorporate traditional cooking
techniques to pay tribute to the true flavors of French cuisine.
The
menu begins with a
Petite Charcuterie for Two followed by
Creamy Potato Leek Soup with sorrel and cracked black pepper. Entrée choices include
Chestnut Honey Roasted Duck Breast with confit leg, roasted chestnut and cherry dressing; Beef Bourguignon with baby vegetables and red wine sauce, or the
Pan Roasted Snapper with creamy coriander rice, lemongrass pot-au-feu and mango salsa. For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in a
Chocolate and Caramel Selection for Two prepared by newly appointed Pastry Chef Bouchaib (BiBi) Benahmida. Valentine's Day dinner will be served from
