WEST END: Valentines at Blue Duck Tavern

Blue Duck Tavern, will be showcasing farm-fresh favorites this Valentine's Day. 

On Sunday, February 14th, newly appointed Executive Chef Franck Loquet and Chef de Cuisine Brad Deboy will present a five-course, prix fixe menu for two priced at $95 per person (tax and gratuity not included). 

The feast begins with an amuse bouche followed by standout dishes such as Tea Smoked Scallops with vanilla Jerusalem artichoke purée and trout roe; Seared Foie Gras with wood oven-roasted pineapple and spiced brioche, and Roasted Rose Veal Chop with salsify, Matsutake mushroom and port wine jus.  For a sweet ending, newly appointed Pastry Chef David Collier will offer a Heart’s Desire, strawberry cremeux with Champagne mousse, lemon sponge cake and Champagne sorbet.   Blue Duck Tavern’s Valentine’s Day feast will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 14th.
