This spring, the award-winning Hay-Adams, located steps away from

with the Annual Cherry Blossom Festival. In honor of this gift,
Executive Chef Peter Schaffrath, Executive Sous Chef Jaime Montes De Oca
and Executive Pastry Chef Josh Short invite guests on a gastronomic
journey to honor Japan’s rich culinary arts.
