ARLINGTON: Palette 22 Debuts An Artfully Inspired Bottomless Brunch

Brunch-goers can anticipate the unique combination of food, art and fun, focusing around small plate brunch classics with an international twist, with choices such as Churros with Mexican hot chocolate sauce and strawberries; Crab Arepas Benedict with Singapore chili crab, poached egg, avocado and chipotle hollandaise; Garden Frittata with seasonal vegetables and parmesan-egg custard; Basque Style Baked Egg with grilled chorizo, sweet peppers, spicy tomato sauce and onions; Shrimp & Grits with oven roasted tomatoes, bacon, garlic and stone ground grits; Breakfast Tacos with scrambled eggs, potatoes, guajillo chile sauce, bacon, cheddar and pico de gallo; Apple Dutch Baby, German-style pancake with granny smith apples, lemon sugar and spiced maple syrup; Tony's French Toast Sticks with brioche, frosted corn flakes and Nutella fudge sauce, as well as Chilaquiles, crispy tortillas with guajillo chile sauce, queso cotija and fried egg.
Additionally, the brunch menu provides a great combination of small plate versions of items from the lunch menu, such as Jucy Lucy Sliders,American cheese stuffed Creekstone Farms beef, with 1000 island and pickles; Baja Fish Tacos, crisp Mahi Mahi with cabbage-jalapeño-cilantro slaw; Pork Belly Bao Buns, pork belly with char siu sauce, steamed bun and cucumber pickles; Cuban Sliders, pulled pork with sweet ham, pickles and Swiss cheese; Caprese Flatbread with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella; Fried Eggplant Flatbread with roasted garlic, mozzarella, tomatoes and olives; Chilled Smoked Salmon with cream cheese, chives, lemon crème fraîche, hard boiled eggs and fried capers; Jerk Chicken Flatbread with mango-pineapple salsa and cotija, as well as Bacon + Eggs Flatbread with pork belly, caramelized onions and smoked cheddar.
For the perfect beverage pairing, diners can head to Palette 22's signature Create Your Own Bloody Mary Bar,featuring an extensive list of options perfectly suited to each guest’s individual taste and palate preferences. Guests will start with a choice of spirit including house vodka, bacon-infused vodka, or jalapeño-infused tequila, followed by a choice of mix including Red, made with Alta Cucina tomatoes, horseradish and Frank’s Red Hot, Green made with green tomatoes, tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeño and fresh citrus, Asian made with sake, tomato juice, wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and lime juice, and Clamato made with clam nectar, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce. One can then top off their Bloody Mary with unique garnishes such as fresh vegetables, pickles, stuffed olives, candied bacon, onions, or any one of Palette 22's two-dozen different hot sauces from around the world. Bloody Marys are priced at $12 each if not ordering the Bottomless Brunch option.
For a lighter pairing, guests can sip on Palette’s original recipe Red or White Sangria made with fresh juices, gin, Spanish brandy, apples, oranges, and citrus, priced at $6.50 by the glass and $23 by the bottle, or enjoy a seasonal Bellini and Mimosa, made with freshly squeezed watermelon, passion fruit, hibiscus, or blood orange syrups, priced at $8 each if not indulging in the brunch.
