MVT: Silo Begins Lunch Service

Newly opened Silo in Mt. Vernon Triangle has picked a snow day to begin lunch service! As of today, Silo is open for lunch from 11:30am – 3pm Tues-Friday.

Silo’s Salads:

• Assorted Salad of cured Anchovies, boiled Egg, Beet-Apple Salad, marinated Artichokes, Olives and Veal Tongue on assorted Greens with House Dressing       $12.00
• Seafood Salad with Calamari, Mussels, Rock Shrimps and smoked Salmon in a Apple Cider Vinaigrette $14.00
• Vegan Spinach Salad with Apples, Beets, Pink Grapefruit, Hazelnuts and House Dressing $10.00

Silo’s Sandwiches:

• Dry aged ground Chuck Hamburger with Guinness Stout caramelized Onions, spicy Mayonnaise, homemade green Tomato Ketchup, Cole Slaw and hand cut Fries (Swiss Pickles, Oven dried Tomatoes, choice of Cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere)     $12.00
• Mixed Nut fried Lobster with a spicy Basil Mayonnaise, Avocados on a Hoagie with Fries   $15.00
• Open faced Vegan roasted Eggplant, Zucchini, Squash, oven dried Tomatoes and grilled red Peppers on rustic Bread with spicy Fig Chutney and Salad     $9.00
• Crab Cake Sandwich on a Potato Bun with Basil Mayonnaise, Cole Slaw and Fries    $14.00
