PENN QTR: Hartford Family Winery Dinner at the Source by Wolfgang Puck on May 25th

The Source by Wolfgang Puck is pairing up with Sonoma County’s Hartford Family Winery to host an intimate 20-person dinner prepared by Executive Chef Scott Drewno on Wednesday, May 25. 
The evening will begin with a tasting of the Hartford Court Four Hearts Chardonnay on The Source’s outdoor patio. The outdoor reception will be immediately followed by Drewno’s four-course seated dinner, which begins with a first course of Wonton Soup, followed by a second course of Dim Sum. For the third course, Drewno will serve lacquered Chinese duckling and the dinner will be completed with a five-spice sorbet. Throughout the evening, winemaker Jeff Stewart of Hartford Family Winery will be pouring a selection of the vineyard’s most popular wines including their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Champagne, which will complement each course.
The patio Chardonnay tasting will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here for $85 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. The wine pairing is available for $90 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity, and will be charged the night of the event.
