Executive Chef Raphael Francois and his culinary team are pleased to announce the debut of brunch service at Le DeSales, the 100-seat restaurant located in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Guests can now enjoy Executive Chef Raphael Francois' modern French cuisine crafted from fresh, local ingredients. Brunch is served exclusively on Saturdays, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Guests can look forward to tempting appetizers such as Lettuce with anchovy, egg and crouton; Simplissime with crab, tarragon and light creamy potatoes; Broccoli with peanuts and mustard; 7oz Beef Burger with Cabot clothbound cheddar and “Jambon Cru”;

Steak & Eggs with fries and watercress; Eggs on Toast with smoked salmon and pistou;

Swordfish with tomato, olive, almond and shallots; Pancakes with jam or raw maple syrup; Cantaloupe with duck prosciutto and lemon sorbetto, as well as Thick-Cut Fried Potatoes with harissa cottage cheese sauce. Prices range from $10 to $23.

For the perfect beverage pairing at Le DeSales, brunch-goers can select from three large-batch cocktails that are available by the glass or pitcher including the Goldenbeard with rum, ginger, Suze and lemon; DeSales Rickey with gin, dill, lime and soda and the Mimosa. Libations available exclusively by the glass are the Kir Royle and Bloody Mary. Cocktails are priced from $9 to $11 by the glass, and from $38 to $42 by the pitcher, which serves five.

Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Happy Hour is offered Monday through Friday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Brunch is served Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
