MVT: 455 Eye Street NW Residential Project Underway

Construction for Equity Residential’s mixed-use, multifamily residential building located at 455 Eye Street is underway. The unique project will bring 174 apartments and 2,008 SF of ground floor retail to the site. 

Hickok Cole Architects designed the project which includes the  preservation  of the existing historic warehouse, auto-works building and two townhouses. Mount Vernon Triangle is excited for this collaboration of the modern and historic and the opportunities it will provide for the community. The building is projected to be completed in 2017.
