LOGAN: New Cocktail Menu and Tuesday Oyster Mania at Black Jack
Rich Willet has been promoted to Bar Manager overseeing the cocktail program for Pearl Dive Oyster Palace & Black Jack, and has debuted a new menu for the fall. A couple of the highlights include:
Monkey Wrench: spiced pumpkin infused bourbon, sugar, angostura bitters, Served on the Rocks ($12)
Day Hazed: Rye, Lemon juice, Black Jack house made spiced cider, Served on the Rocks ($12).
Daisy Chain: Vodka, Elder Flower, Lime, Lemon, Sugar, Sparkling Wine, Served Up in a Coupe ($12)
Mexican Pancake: Jalapeno Tequila, Aperol, Lime, Sugar, Angostura, Served on the Rocks ($12)
Black Jack will also be offering the popular Oyster Mania happy hour on Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm - 12:30am.
Oyster Mania will now take place every Tuesday in Black Jack (in addition to Mondays at Pearl Dive), and will feature half price raw oysters on the half shell ($1.25 oysters, selection changes daily) and $7 Signature Hot Oyster Plates (originally $10), including: - Grilled Oysters with Chili Butter
- Bacon Wrapped Oysters with Vin Blanc and Vin Cotto
- Cornmeal Crusted Oysters with a Sweet Potato and Tasso Ham Hash
- Tchoupitoulas: Confit Oysters wtih Tasso Ham, Blue Crab, Corn and Cayenne Hollandiase
