U STREET: TICO Partners with Patrón Tequila to Host Special Dinner - November 2nd
TICO will partner with Patrón Tequila on a special dinner, featuring the brand’s portfolio of premium tequilas, including their new Roca Patrón, a small batch line of 100% Tahona-ground agave, paired with seasonal fare from TICO Chef George Rodrigues. Chef Rodrigues will serve a five-course, family style meal to include dishes such as roasted pumpkin with Maitake mushrooms, Brazil nuts and goat cheese and rib eye with fall zucchini, Piquillo peppers, Yukon gold potatoes and Guindilla pepper aioli. A representative from Patrón will be on hand to discuss the evening’s pairings, which will include both samples of their tequilas served neat, as well as tequila cocktails.

TICO’S CAULIFLOWER – with cotija cheese, chipotle, crunchy favas
Third Course:
MAC ‘N CHEESE – with Serrano ham, manchego cheese & breadcrumbs
BRAISED PORK CHEEKS – with guanciale and sunchoke puree
Fourth Course:
RIBEYE with fall zucchini, piquillo peppers, yukon gold potatoes & guindilla pepper aioli
GRILLED SALMON – with fall succotash and saffron aioli
Desserts:
CHOCOLATE TART – with vanilla bean gelato
GOAT’S MILK CHEESECAKE – with blackberry-lime compote and fresh blackberries
