ANC 2F Now Eligible for Visitor Parking Program (VPP)

Today DDOT informed the Commission that residents of ANC 2F may now begin applying for Visitor Parking Passes (VPP). Instructions follow.

VPP Program General Rules:
  1. To obtain a pass, residents must register for the pass either through the Visitor Parking Pass Online System or by contacting the DDOT Call Center (see below);
  2. Only one (1) pass may be issued per household;
  3. Each pass will include a permit number that links the pass to a valid unique address and the registration;
  4. The pass does not provide an exemption from the Registration of Out-of-State Automobiles (ROSA) requirement to register a vehicle in the District of Columbia within 30 days of residency;
  5. Duplication of sale of a VPP is strictly prohibit and violators are subject to a $300 fine (DC Law 16-186);
  6. The 2014 VPP is valid until September 30, 2014.
How to Apply for a Visitor Parking Pass Online:
  1. Visit https://vpp.ddot.dc.gov/vpp/ 
  2. Enter your address and select “Verify Address.”
  3. Find your address in the list and a map will appear to confirm the location. Please click the address and select “Next.”
  4. Enter your valid contact information. A valid email address for contact purposes is encouraged.
  5. Review Your Information and check the box below to certify that your information is valid. Select “Submit Your Request.”
  6. Next you will receive a registration “Success” note, which will provide a confirmation number that you can use to check the status of your pass processing.

What to Expect:
Please allow 7-10 business for processing from review to delivery of your pass.
