Hensel-Phelps are doing a great job at getting information out for the construction of the 2 new hotels and Apartment building at 9th & L Streets. Below are some of the milestone dates - remember much can happen to change these, but its a useful first look.

Milestone Activities Affecting the Community

• Project Start Date April 4th, 2016
• Alley Closure – April 4th, 2016
• Installation of Jersey Barriers - Alley to be Closed for Duration of Project
• Utility Work in the Alley – May/June 2016 (Subject to Change)
• The Whitman Parking Garage Traffic Adjusted
• Excavation Activities – May/June 2016
• Installation of Tower Crane #1 – August 2016
• Installation of Tower Crane #2 – September 2016
• Build Back of Sidewalks – Summer 2018
• Columbia Place Apartments Completion Date – September 2018
• Columbia Place Hotel Completion Date – November 2018

 From time to time there will be other 'Community Notices' for Alley and Street closures, I will make every effort to get these out to the community.
