U STREET: Festa Della Mamma at Lupo Verde on 14th Street NW

Lupo Verde, located in the bustling 14^th Street corridor at 1401 T Street NW, will celebrate Festa della mamma (Mother’s Day) with three festive Italian specials, which will be available in addition to the restaurant’s regular a la carte brunch menu from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, May 8^th.

Guests can anticipate authentic, rustic, Italian fare featuring a variety of antipasti, breakfast pizzas, house-made pastas, egg dishes, and crepes.  Standout specials prepared by Chef de Cuisine Domenico Apollaro include;

• Lasagna Primavera, vegetable lasagna with four cheeses, crispy artichokes, poached eggs and herbs
• Branzino ai Sapori del Sud, sea bass with potatoes, olives, capers, raisins and mint 
• Coppa Paradiso with zabaione cream, raspberry, chocolate and almonds Amaretti.  

 Specials are priced from $12 to $32 each.
