DOWNTOWN: Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca Offer 3-Course Prix Fixe Menu for Mothers Day

Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca,  will celebrate Mother’s Day with a $48 three-course, prix fixe menu on Sunday, May 8th.

Standout dishes prepared by Executive Chef Jake Addeo include ;

  • Frittelle, crispy prosciutto & ricotta fritters with salsa verde and pickled watermelon rind
  • Fiori di Zucca, spring pea & ricotta stuffed squash blossoms with shaved baby fennel and pea shoots
  • Moleche Tonnato, crispy polenta dusted soft shell crab with farm spring greens salad and Tonnato Sauce
  • Agnello, grilled Colorado lamb porterhouse, graffiti eggplant & asparagus terrine and lemon thyme butter
  • Cappellacci di Ortiche, stinging nettle & cacao de roma ravioli with sour orange & herb butter.  
For dessert, tempting options include  
  • Chocolate Bonnet Custard with sheep’s milk ricotta fritter, TCHO chocolate sauce and gelato.
  • Saffron Panna Cotta with poached apricots, dacqouise and raspberry gelee.  
 Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bibiana’s regular a la carte dinner service will be available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Valet parking is available for $8.
