BETHESDA: Celebrate Bethesda Restaurant Week with All Set Restaurant & Bar
All Set Restaurant & Bar,
located at 8630 Fenton Street, Plaza 5, Silver Spring,
will celebrate Bethesda Restaurant Week by offering guests exclusive
prix fixe menus during both lunch and dinner service. Diners can look
forward to two-course and three-course lunch menus priced at $16 per
person and $22 per person respectively, and a three-course dinner menu
priced at $36 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
Prepared by Executive Chef Edward Reavis, the menu at All Set
Restaurant & Bar showcases classic American fare influenced by the
traditions of coastal New England. For lunch, first course options
include Hushpuppies with habanero honey butter; Tomato Basil Soup with white cheddar brioche crouton, or the Caesar Salad with romaine, kale, Caesar dressing and parmesan. For the entrée, guests may enjoy dishes such as Trout Meuniere, pan-seared with garlic green beans and rosemary potatoes; Fried Fish Sandwich, battered cod with pickled zucchini, Bibb lettuce and tartar sauce, served with house cut fries, or the Wild Mushroom Risotto with shiitake mushrooms, parmesan and pecorino. For a decedent finish, guests may choose from tempting desserts options such as Sweet Potato Pie with a graham cracker crust and cinnamon gelato; Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich with chocolate chip cookies and vanilla gelato, or a Duo of Sorbet.
For dinner, guests can savor first-course options such as the Portuguese Kale Soup with garbanzo beans, potatoes and chorizo; Fried Oysters with arugula and Old Bay tartar sauce, or Skillet Cornbread with habanero honey butter, followed by second course options such as Clam Linguine with Middleneck clams, white wine leek & corn broth and chili flakes, served with grilled bread; Brick Chicken with Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and chicken jus, or the Wild Mushroom Risotto with cremini, shiitake & oyster mushrooms, parmesan and pecorino. For dessert, one can enjoy the same options available during lunch service.
