Show Information: What started out as a desire to capture the historic moments following this year's presidential inauguration, Lisa Allen's show documents the resistance that has swept across Washington D.C. during President Trump's first six months. Shown through photographs and screen prints of the inauguration weekend and protests during the months following, we see the various forms of dissent in the nation’s capital and a first hand look at democracy in action.

Show Information: In this body of work, Freda Lee-McCann first experimented by appropriating works by Jackson Pollock, Jean Dubuffet and Langley Spurlock, and used them to create textures in my rocks and mountains. Then, she decided to make her own version of Jackson Pollock and incorporated it into her work. These new images have a fresh and interesting effect.

Chris Corson, Call Heaven and Earth to Witness, Pit-Fired Ceramic, 26"x12"x17", 2017

Show Information: What do our bodies reveal about self and experience? Figurative sculptor Chris Corson explores human issues of identity, growth and transformation through the physical contours and gestures of the nude. This show features 3-D ceramic figures and, in collaboration with photographer Stuart Diekmeyer, a series of 2-D images that record dramatically different atmospheric firings of a single torso.

Says Corson, “The body has spoken to us for thousands of years. There is so much more to hear.”
