PENN QTR: The Source hosts "East Meets West" BBQ with Sloppy Mama's

On Saturday, September 16, The Source by Wolfgang Puck will team up with the the popular BBQ purveyor and food truck, Sloppy Mama's Barbeque for an "East Meets West" Barbecue collaboration event.

The collaborative menu created by The Source’s Executive Chef Russell Smith and Pitmaster Joe Neuman marries elements of traditional American barbecue with Asian flavors and ingredients. The full menu is below, but highlights include smoked pork wontons with smoked shallot sauce and several meat options including smoked brisket, pulled pork, and smoked beef & lamb sausages. 

Additionally, the food will be paired with select beers from 3 Stars Brewing Company.
