BROOKLAND: DC Beer Week at Brookland's Finest - August 23
On August 23, Brookland’s Finest will celebrate 2017 DC Beer Week with a special collaborative menu with beer cocktail pairings from Republic Restorative Distillery and Denizens Brewing Co. Partner/Executive Chef Shannon Troncoso will serve a three-course menu featuring seared foie gras with roasted beets and candied bacon, porcini rubbed prime rib with sweet corn polenta and bourbon glazed carrots, and chocolate avocado mouse with dragon fruit.

In addition, Brookland’s Finest will continue their Tuesday Night Crab Boils paired with beers from Denizen’s Brewing Co. The Crab Boil menu includes Maryland Blue Crab with sweet corn, red potatoes and Andouille sausage in a spicy Old Bay® broth for $30.
