Red’s Table Debuts Red's Party On A Platter This Football Season
Red’s Table, has annouced that it will debut 'Red's Party On A Platter', during the 2017-2018 NFL & NCAA football seasons. Fans of the family-owned restaurant can gather with friends to cheer on their team, while enjoying Red's Table's locally sourced cuisine at home, or while tailgating at the game. This special offering will be available from August 26, 2017 through the February 4, 2018 Super Bowl. Each platter selection serves approximately 15 people, and all orders must be placed by 12 noon, 48 hours in advance of pickup. Pickup times are daily, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Die-hard football fans can choose from a selection of tempting dishes including Three Whole Roasted Carved Chickens priced at $95; Braised Pork Shoulder (10 pounds) with slider buns priced at $120; Stout Braised Brisket (10 pounds) with slider buns priced at $165; 30 Smokey Chicken Wings with house-made buffalo sauce, maple sriracha sauce, and ranch dressing priced at $35; German Style Potato Salad (three quarts) priced at $35; Veggie Hash, fresh seasonal veggies sautéed in butter and herbs (three quarts) priced at $24; Red’s Mac & Cheese (three quarts) priced at $24; Two Dozen House-Made Buttermilk Biscuits priced at $27, and Vegetable Pasta (three quarts) priced at $57 or $78 with ten pounds of blackened chicken added. For a sweet finish, guests can select one of the two house-made desserts such as Seasonal Whole Nine Inch Pie priced at $40, or a Selection of Cookies and Dessert Bars including raspberry swirl brownie, chocolate chip blondie, oatmeal cranberry cookie, and chocolate chip cookie (minimum 12 of any one type of cookie per order) priced at $2 each.

Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner is served daily, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
A late-night menu is also available nightly, from 10 p.m. to Close.
