NOMA: Inaugural Mardigras Extravaganza at Union Market Dock 5 -February 28th

Coming to Union Market's Dock 5 on Fat Tuesday - February 28, 2017 - the Inaugural Mardi Gras Extravaganza will bring together 20+ of the DC area's best Southern-inspired restaurants, top mixologists, bar and breweries and rotating bands for a night of N'awlins fun. The event, from 5-10PM, will benefit DC Central Kitchen and St. Bernard Project.

Bites & Sips

Indulge in New Orleans and southern style grub and drinks to toast to Mardi Gras revelry. Featuring DC's top restaurants, bars and mixologists,  Abita Draft Beer and DC Brau will be flowing all night on tap.

Contests

DC's top mixologists will compete to serve the most creative Hurricane cocktails as party-goers go head to head for the best costume award. Winners will be awarded major bragging rights and a one-of-a-kind custom made bejeweled trophy.

Music

Boogie the night away with live music from Dupont Brass, Brass Connection Band and Laissez Foure, Swinging Jazz Quartet.
