MVT: Spring Dishes, New Desserts from Alta Strada
Under the creative direction of Chef Matt Adler, who oversees Schlow’s Italian restaurants, Alta Strada City Vista has added a selection of new menu items, in addition to the nightly blackboard specials.
Highlighting local produce and celebrating the flavors of spring, new items include: Charred Greens with lemon, rosemary and chiles; Tortelli pasta with spring peas, ricotta and pistachio frico; and a Market Vegetable Pizza, which will rotate depending on the seasonality and availability of fresh ingredients.
Additionally, Pastry Chef Alex Levin has introduced new desserts to Alta Strada’s menu, including a Whipped Ricotta Vanilla Cheesecake with guanaja brownie and milk chocolate cream; and a selection of housemade Gelati and Sorbetti.
