U STREET: TICO's Spring to the Bar Menu with Cocktail Additions

Tico on 14th Street has made updates for Spring to the bar menu with cocktail additions like the Lawn Jockey made with gin, cucumber, mint, chartreuse and cava, and the Hunting Wabbits with vodka, carrot and ginger two ways. 
 The dinner menu also reflects the season with new dishes like Wild Rice Chaufa with spring vegetables, ramp sausage and pickled ramps; Grilled Salmon with crispy black eyed peas, carrots and supergreen puree; and Day Boat Scallop Tiradito Ceviche with coconut leche de tigre, tomato, and passion fruit gel.

 Additionally, Pastry Chef Alex Levin has added a selection of new desserts including a Sgroppino Latino with coconut sorbet, compressed pineapple, spiced rum and cava; Café con Leche, a mocha and caramelized white chocolate cremeux with dark chocolate pearls and frothed milk; and a fresh take on the restaurant’s popular Churros with dulce de leche espuma, dark chocolate pearls and fresh strawberries.
