RESTON: Red’s Table Will Host A Right Proper Brewing Company Beer Dinner on Saturday, July 22nd
On Saturday, July 22nd, 2017, Red’s Table will host a beer dinner featuring local craft brewery, Right Proper Brewing Company. Guests will have the pleasure of enjoying a five-course dinner, prepared by Executive Chef Kevin Ettenson, paired with five of Right Proper Brewing Company's finest craft brews. Beers featured for the evening are Being There Kellerbier, White Bicycles Witbier, Raised by Wolves Dry Hopped Ale, Songlines Hoppy Farmhouse Ale, and Baron Corvo Farmhouse Ale. The complete menu with beer pairings is posted below. The cost of the dinner is $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Right Proper Brewing Company is a small, community focused brewery committed to producing soulful, balanced beers in Washington, D.C. It is comprised of a handful of folks who share a passion and vision to brew creative craft beers at Right Proper's Shaw Brewpub and the Brookland Production House in Washington. DC. The five-barrel brewing system at the Shaw Brewpub is the perfect size to experiment with new beer recipes, thus their brewpub offerings change almost daily. At the Brookland Production House, head brewer Nathan Zeender and Brewery Operations Manager Chris Percello pick their favorite brews from the Shaw Brewpub to brew in the shiny new 15-barrel production house. Guests can now enjoy a selection of constant cores in addition to a few rotating limited release selections.
